Hi there,

This is Troy. I am a student and want to visit Bankok. To cover my expenses I want to bring in some products to sell in Bankok--I know there is a limit. I want to ask what should I bring so that I can sell them to cover my expenses. Your suggestion on that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Where are you coming from? As that will help posters to advise you suitably. How long are you staying? Are you coming by air? Pls stay far away from drugs. And bring alcohol, cigarettes under the permissible limits only

Can't you think 1 second that anything that you would like to sell can already be found for cheaper anywhere in the world, even in Afghannistan and Irak ? So of course there is no business to do by selling in Thailand things from abroad.

Let's move this over to the business forum.

I highly recommend you read up on the rules applying to working here in the Kingdom. If you don't have the proper visa (and even if you do), you're likely to run into trouble.

Topic Moved.

good quality t-shirts are a good thing, where you gonna sell them as if too open you might get into trouble

For less than $5 you can buy a good quality T shirt that will last you years. I still wear a copy Adidas that I bought here 10 years ago, so I don't know what the market would be for "good quality" Tshirts.

My wife sells stuff at the weekends if she is not busy, I help her out by carrying the stuff to the place in pantip where she sells, many people ask about T-Shirts that I have or might have had
