There is only one road ; sometimes another one in the forest, before downhill where we met the minority people .. and u must know how to read thai language

That "road" had several divisions along it! And no, I just think "Ooh that's pretty" when I see Thai writing....the sign said Mae Rim -> ..... You must have been going to fast to see it!!

In fact I did this road many times since nearly 10 years ; a long time ago before we can see a MTB shop in Chiang Mai .

I remember the first time I did it, it was like on the photo you have posted #3291 and sometimes like the bed of a dried up torrent ; difficult sometimes to downhill quickly ..So I know which road/trail to go on .

and don't have a look at the little road signs hammed in the trees .

No, that was taken 2km from Thasak which is roughly 90km north by road from Phitsanulok and 30km south of Uttaradit'
