Is there a minimum age to be eligible for a retirement visa?

I am a New Zealand citizen, 25 years.

Current minimum age for a retirement visa in Thailand is 50. You also need proof of income/bank deposits totalling Bht 800,000, i.e. Pension = Bht 500,000 p.a., Bank deposits = Bht 300,000.
