The big reservoir about 100 km west of Kanchanaburi city. It makes a marvelous motorbike ride with very little traffic once beyond Erawan waterfalls area.

When I stayed at Maehaad beach on Koh Phangan,(2006 -2007) there used to an old lady like that, who went out to sea, at 6 or 7pm in a small boat like that and returned the next morning... with a small bag of squid .... 12 hours or so everyday!

Pictures of her and others of that trip. now lost, sad.png .... my last few visits there I have not seen her... either retired or passed on!

off for a swim and a bath and shampoo... these kids are in a school i visit often for kids of migrant workers on orange plantations right beside the Burma border. The stream runs behind the school and is a daily source of fun for them....I gave the teacher a large bottle of shampoo and he uses that each day...a luxury for them...

I like those 2 shots, Shaggy. The little girl is going to have to grow a bit before she runs that thing. And the crocs all seem to be saying..."Feed Me!"
