Not sure if this is the same pier in Ban Rak, Samui... there are a few piers along there!

Yeah Petcherat are still operating, I use them to go to the Full Moon Party sometimes, they have a good VIP service so you don't have to queue up and safe boat drivers.

Wish this weather would clear up so I can go flying :(
