Lovely yesterday on Ban Tai beach Samui,..... hardly a cloud in the sky, yet we had a huge down pour two hours later! (very much needed!)

looks like Khao Takiab near the top of the pic . . . so just south of Hua Hin?

No, I didn't this time. My partner is not big on birding, the only major hiccup in an otherwise great relationship:-(.
