BANGKOK: -- A Bt100,000 reward will be offered for information on the hiding place of a couple charged with detaining and torturing a 12-year-old Karen girl after they failed to report by Monday's deadline, police said.

We will forfeit their bond and seek arrest warrants for them," said Pol Colonel Akkasorn Srisupat, superintendent of Muang Kamphaeng Phet Police Station.

Natee Taengorn, 35, and Rattanakorn Piyaworatham, 33, had been released on bail.

A source said Pol Lt General Wanchai Thanadkij, commissioner of Provincial Police Region 6, had ordered a manhunt for the pair.

The badly burned victim, who is now at a statesponsored children's home in Kamphaeng Phet, is socialising well with others but still shudders at the sight of hot things.

During her years of enslavement, she was forced to do housework and when her alleged attackers got frustrated with her, they poured hot water over her body, badly scarring her.

Whatever scumbag gave these scum bail needs to be punished - all so sadly predictable. Words do not work for these despicable life forms.

And just who are these sick XXXXX who are taking pictures of this poor girl????

Does the reward offer mention dead or alive ?

I hope it doesn't include dead. I want these sub-humans to suffer for the rest of their lives at the hands of Bubba and Ms. Bubba. Edited by Pimay1

Money, money, money......,,!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gifcheesy.gif

The police had them in their hands, released those couple bastards on bail, and now, in the eye of (international) public, they're going for the arrest warrant scheme, to save face, of the bailouts they have granted those two ....

So the same police that have granted those two thugs bail, are practically telling: "dear public, you'll handle our case and we'll reward you with money, so we the police don't need to bother with that case any more.

For this poor little girl, THIS IS A CHEAT, do the police really look down on the intelligence of the ordinary people? Doesn't the police realize the couple may be on the run by now????

AMAZING JUSTICE, AMAZING THAILAND... This is beyond my belief....

This is not intended to be funny...

High Thai rewards. Does anyone know the reward for information leading to the arrest of the Ferrari Red Bull cop killer hit and run? Apparently he's escaped his warrants and the police seem dumfounded to track him down. In addition to the wrongful death of a police office, hit and run, there are numerous other charges for collaboration, drinking while impaired with alcohol and drugs, reckless endangerment, obstruction of justice. The reward must be much larger than the 100,000 in the above story.

A friend of mine just talked to the girl. She said that it was the wife that abused her. The husband did nothing but he ignored what the wife did. The wife did the horrific things when the husband was not there, so he saw the after effects but not the acts.

She is one very sick woman. Cowardly man.

After all she's been through, she is now paraded in front of a crowd of male photographers to have her injuries stared at and photographed?

Whatever is sick with this country, it doesn't just stop at the people who inflict this pain and injury.

I will keep my eyes open for free.

What a disgusting joke of a criminal justice system.

I will keep my eyes open for free.

What a disgusting joke of a criminal justice system.

And has always been thus.

Former Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban expected us to believe it was "the best justice system in the World."

These people would have been handed over for free in most countries around the World. Speaks volumes they have to offer a monetary reward to locate the perps, even in such extreme cases such as this.
