arthurboy
I sincerely hope that these bastards are found, although I fear they have left the country by now. If not, then someone out there knows where they are, be it family, friends etc. In the meantime, let's hope the police are looking. And looking hard.

Popular Post simple1
Time to update the Criminal Code in Thailand, no bail for serious alleged offenses such as the OP, based upon reasonable existing evidence. Fast track Court process as recently happened in India for the rape & murder case in Delhi when investigation completed.
Popular Post MESmith
And just who are these sick XXXXX who are taking pictures of this poor girl???? I understand the need to publicize the torture of this girl, but the police could've released official photos, rather than putting her on display as if in a freakshow.
Popular Post TomTao
Try looking in Laos or cambodia, what a disgraceful excuse for a legal system. MaxLee
Money, money, money......,,!!!!!!!!!!!!! The police had them in their hands, released those couple bastards on bail, and now, in the eye of (international) public, they're going for the arrest warrant scheme, to save face, of the bailouts they have granted those two .... So the same police that have granted those two thugs bail, are practically telling: "dear public, you'll handle our case and we'll reward you with money, so we the police don't need to bother with that case any more. For this poor little girl, THIS IS A CHEAT, do the police really look down on the intelligence of the ordinary people? Doesn't the police realize the couple may be on the run by now???? AMAZING JUSTICE, AMAZING THAILAND... This is beyond my belief.... This is not intended to be funny...
noitom
High Thai rewards. Does anyone know the reward for information leading to the arrest of the Ferrari Red Bull cop killer hit and run? Apparently he's escaped his warrants and the police seem dumfounded to track him down. In addition to the wrongful death of a police office, hit and run, there are numerous other charges for collaboration, drinking while impaired with alcohol and drugs, reckless endangerment, obstruction of justice. The reward must be much larger than the 100,000 in the above story.

Popular Post GentlemanJim
Perhaps any politician with a sense of decency and perspective could consider using this case as a prime example to rush legislation through parliament for a complete overhaul of the system for applying for bail in this country...Karen's Principle (or whatever the poor girls name is rather than her tribe), should be considered and there should be a list of crimes of a certain nature where the police cannot action a bail application and where judges should be held accountable when they choose to release someone suspected of a major crime. This case and the fleeing of the now admittedly (by their flight) guilty adults should embarrass this nation to the core. ALL appeals for those found guilty of a serious crime should be conducted from the confines of a prison. It is of no consequence to the accused in this case that they lose their bond (does anyone know what the bond was?), even if it were 5 Million each, they had been told they faced life in prison if found guilty, and they clearly know that they are guilty. Police should be disciplined and sacked if appropriate and depending on the circumstances surrounding the return of the girl the first time she escaped, they should also face criminal charges and jail time if found guilty.

Barontt
A friend of mine just talked to the girl. She said that it was the wife that abused her. The husband did nothing but he ignored what the wife did. The wife did the horrific things when the husband was not there, so he saw the after effects but not the acts. She is one very sick woman. Cowardly man.

FarangTalk
I will keep my eyes open for free. What a disgusting joke of a criminal justice system. I will keep my eyes open for free. What a disgusting joke of a criminal justice system. And has always been thus. Former Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban expected us to believe it was "the best justice system in the World." These people would have been handed over for free in most countries around the World. Speaks volumes they have to offer a monetary reward to locate the perps, even in such extreme cases such as this.
