PHITSANULOK: -- Two crocodiles in Phitsanulok have found a new way to escape Thailand’s astounding heat: Stay in their owner’s air-conditioned office.

Awirut Nathip has employed two crocodiles, named Ngen and Thong, to guard his house for the past five years. This summer, he has had to keep his moody pets cooled off at all times in order to make sure that they will not grow frustrated and attack someone.

The beasts are tropical dwellers are they not? Methinks this is a crock of sh*t (not your post but the Op).

Guard crocodiles named Gold and Silver who need to be kept cool so they will not attack anyone. So it's safe to enter the place as long as the aircon's on?

This guy must have snapped !!

I agree.....time for the guys in white coats to take him away.

In contrast I often let my lizard out for a run.

Well if it wasn't very deep and has two large crocs in it, presumably pretty soon it would become a pond-of-croc-sh*t...!

Would make a good Monty Python script. cheesy.gif

I don't need security I have a Thai wife. whistling.gif So she keeps me poorviolin.gif , all can see what a poor man I am, and would never want a tounge lashing from her indoors.

Gives the term 'lounge lizard' a whole new meaning...................wink.png

crocs are cold blooded so being kept in aircon would make them pretty placid i would think but still really stupid
