I am searching for a hospital or clinic that will provide an Adrenal Stress Index test here in Bangkok? Does anyone know where to go to get this test? Its a slaiva test that measures, well.... adrenal stress.

They don't do at that hospital or in Thailand? I have had Vejthani Hospital Cardiologist obtain tests not done in that hospital without issues, Lp(a) was one of them. So if there is a lab doing the test doctor should be able to obtain.

I don't think you will find the saliva test here,but any hospital can do blood or urine measurements of cortisol levels.

Convincing a doctor that this is needed may be another matter.

Ramkhamhaeng Hospital do it. 4300 baht for 4 saliva tests scheduled between 8am and 8pm... Every 4 hours.

I have had other tests done there before without needing a doctors request (not like other places).

I go armed with a smile and a Thai speaker and find they are happy to conduct the tests. Should they ask anything, I just advise that I am monitoring a pre existing condition.

They send the tests away and you will wait 7-10 days for results.
