Galaxy Ii Warranty

Featured Replies

Does anybody know how to contact ANYBODY for warranty for Samsung? I have a Galaxy S II I bought in Pran Thip Plaza last September and have been trying for days to reach anyone regarding a replacement. This thing has more bugs that a Bangkok street dog and has been shutting off and on spontaneously 8-10 times a day. Getting a contact number or email address is like trying to see the Wizard of Oz. I've never experienced planned customer avoidance like this...

There should have been some warranty information included with the phone which details the warranty agent.

Assuming it is a genuine Samsung Thailand product then just contact Samsung; they have repair store-fronts in Panthip and Fortune, among other locations.
