I am home now for a midday nap (Thank God again for midday naps)...and then this evening I am picking her up from work to come back to stay again with me.

I bought some 600mg Ibuprofen today...to mask the lower back pain....

I would recommend Voltaren (diclofenac) tablets. They come in a range of strengths.

I have always used it since, with good success and no notable side effects.

Never used 600mg until today though....I don't even think you can buy that strength dosage back in Oz.
