Up to about 15 years ago it was easily bought over the counter here.

Most parents be they from Thailand or elsewhere do not like to see their kids do drugs so I don't think TIT but more a case of a braindead mother who doesn't have a clue.

In the US it was to fill empty jails that were being built by certain interest groups, here I think it was about getting funds from US if they went along with the , " War on..
