I have been using for a number of years an acrylic bathtub, actually a jacuzzi. The electrical parts and everything else such as the pump is despite all the years of use still working very well. However, the bathtub itself needs a repaint. I am wondering if anybody knows a specific shop here in Bangkok where they could do the paint shop. Does anybody knows where and what type of paint to purchase? Thanks in advance.

Are you sure it's painted and not a gelcoat?

gelcoat should be repairable by the manufacturer, or a boat builder/repairer.

Is it out with the hardware removed?

With good prep work a decent epoxy will work for acryilic or fiberglass. Gel-coat is better for glass, but I think it would be much for difficult to find a shop that can do it.
