May 16, 201312 yr So....2 days into this promotion and I still am unable to complete the booking required to obtain the flight with Bangkok Airways. I have the required points, but having selected the "available" flight to redeem and then clicking on the "NEXT" button absolutely nothing happens!!!!! Anybody else having problems trying to redeem their points ?? Anymore delay then the flights will all be FULL!!!! Have sent 2 emails, but of course....NOTHING!!! HELP!!! (trying to redeem from ouside of Thailand but surely this would have no bearing on the system just freezing on me!!! Have redeemed outside of Thailand before)
May 16, 201312 yr HaHaHa.. Welcome to the real world . I remember when living in Canada and trying to use my frequent flyer points the airlines both Canadian and American 90% of the time came up with some reason that I could not use them for the flights I wanted.
