i all;

UP until last week i could hook up my nokia 700 and run pc suite for nokia ( latest update) an connect to the internet via cable ( it still connects to the internet on my phone says 3 g) ) and use the phone as a modem.

now it finds the phone but wont connect to the internet. NO error message just keeps trying.

I did not change any settings, use ais mobilelife as my provider.

Any idea what to check or do? called ais and said they would get back to me and still waiting ( 2 days now)

I have the option to set it up manually

but need;

access point

user name

user pass

additional commands

Go tto see it was error 711 so ran a search in google

FIXED it

went into administrative tools

found

Remote Access Auto Connection Manager

They were both disabled, no idea how 'so changed to auto,

only 4 hours of headaches today ! LOL
