Glutathione supplements are a waste of money since they are destroyed by the digestive system, long before they can get to the mitochondria. Instead, get the things that make glutathione. NAC (N-acetly-cysteine) and R-alpha lipoic acid are a good combo. I took both for a while and can't say for sure if it did anything for me but at the same time I started mega dosing ascorbic acid and that does give quite an oxygenating boost if you take enough. BTW, if you take NAC you must take twice as much vitamin C.

yup glutathione needs to be taken intravenous to be effective

NAC works for a while until the body down regulates glutathione production.

NAC taken in short cycles is probably worthwhile. Take NAC all the time and what a waste of resource.
