Does the company have to supply copies of ID cards of shareholders or directors and copies of house registration along with company papers.

For Non Imm B applying in Malaysia.

Not on the required documents list (see link below) and personally have never been asked for any of these specific documents.

Like 2 months ago my Non-B got refused (Although this was in Vientiane) because I didn't had a copy of ID card from the director, while I had all the other documents with me. I would say just take it with you to be sure.
