I'm wondering if anyone knows the default *router* password for the True shared wifi 3 personal hotspot.

This is not the same password that is provided on the sticker under the battery.

I have the wifi password but am looking for the password that allows you to change the device settings via http://192.168.0.1.

It looks like that device is made by ZTE? have you tried "admin" without the quotes?
