Calling Thai mobile from UK...anything changed?

Featured Replies

My friends/family always used to be able to call my Thai mobile from the UK with 0066 before my number (with the first 0 removed ie 0066-875-??????) but all say they no longer can, message is that it is an invalid number. Has anything changed recently which would explain this?

Thanks

In theory its correct and nothing changed to my knowledge as used that same method 20 minutes ago.

The only probability I can think of is your signal strength at time of call.

I use "Localphone" from my mobile to Thai mobiles, 1-1.5min depending on Thai carrier and free mins on your plan.

If they're using access numbers they don't work on EE, Tmobile, (get same message), but do work on Orange if they can manually select the Orange signal. Best thing is for them to sign up to "Localphone".
