Hi,

does anyone know of any car clubs in Thailand for American cars. I am also looking for a reputable parts dealer in Bangkok. I have been retoring a 1981 6.6 ltr trans AM and have imported most of the parts myself but have been told there is a club in Bangkok. I live near pattaya but have not found any really reliable garages. ANy info would be appreciated,

I think I saw one parked at Power Station before, so some might be able to help you there. Also I noticed a garage on the way to pattaya that seemed to restore old muscle cars, I saw that just after the turn off for Rayong coming from Bkk, the same turn off as the BIRA race course.

Hope you find what you need, but 6.6ltr, wow that probably sucks down more fuel than the Ford GT! Have fun!

Yeah the garage on 36 is a good place to visit, being an x American car freak 40s-late 70s after that the good ol U S of A lost the plot, Then they started crushing their herritage with monster truck display's driving over the roof's of the best thing's they ever made, anyway Im digressing, if you have an e mail address I would be happy to help with direction's ect to car's I know. also Si racha has a good American car bloke.
