KFC ran out of Chicken, but Fish burger is available

Featured Replies

Firstly let me say, i am posting this in the Pub section because its rather funny than anything else.

So i head over to Big C extra in Pattaya today at around 3pm.

For some reason had the urge for KFC chicken burger, only to be told "solly, no hab"

At first i thought may be staff did not understand english, so i i changed to Thai and finger pointing, ONLY AGAIN to be told the same.

I was offered fish burger instead.

Call me insane, but how do you run out of chicken in the chicken shop half way through the day? LOLlaugh.png , even more so in a place like KFC.

I am sure if Colonel was around and heard that, he would drop and suffer a major heart attack.

Maybe the staff never liked the look of you, thought you were a bit of a lemon cake.

Delivery van didn't show up perhaps?

do not think that is the reason, because they did have drumsticks and all other things, just not the chicken burgers

I've went to an Italian up near khao yai one time. 'Solly solly mr pizza no hab, no have cheese'. There was a tesco less than 2km away.

No thought of re-ordering when the stock of chicken burgers got down .

Same happened to my son in Oz. Went to KFC, sorry we've run out of chicken. So he went to Maccas and bought a chicken fillet burger.

Mind you, we're a Thai restaurant and we ran out of rice once.
