just back from a morning 'trudge' around Chaweng.

Road is dug up and congestion at the top of the Beach Road (start of the one way section) and the lights are out from the ring raod to the lake road (south of Tesco)

Expect dealys.

There was also a 20 plus minivan convey heading south on the ring road at Bophut at 11.15 am
