VIP bus trip to Penang or Kota Bharu?

Hi,

I need to go to a nearby Thai embassy (I'm thinking Penang or Kota Bharu in Malaysia). I can't stand the thought of being stuck in a minivan though. I'm traveling with two little kids, to the more comfortable the bus the better, an in-bus bathroom is an absolute must.

So far the places I talked to that offer visa runs or trips to Penang only have the minivan option. Anyone knows of a place that offers a trip in a 24-seat big bus with a bathroom or something like that?

You can get a VIP buss to Hat Yai, thereafter you have to take minibus.

You can also take the train from Suratthani to Butterworth.
