Optimal Temperature for Bedroom Aerobics/Spooning: Lowest temp your wife can tolerate?
Dear Folks, I don’t know about you. But, my Asian wives and GFs really could not stand low bedroom temps. I am sure they had their reasons. One might imagine that, during the HOT season, a girl would appreciate a cold bedroom for sleeping. But, from my experience, they actually do not. Why are Asian women so afraid of the cold? And yet, during the daytime, they complain about how HOT they are, even if they might not be so hot, compared to other women. So, my questions are: a. What is the lowest bedroom temperature your GF or wife can tolerate, for sleeping? b. Do you ever get into bedroom arguments about…”The room is too cold”, scenario? c. When I was with my wives, they would always complain. But, I don’t know why. How do you deal with it when the wife says she is too cold, and you say I am sweating buckets, and it feels like I’m burning up inside? What temperature do you think is optimal for bedroom aerobics? What temperature do you think is optimal for good sleeping? And, what about spooning? And, has your wife ever heard of SPOONING…during the Hot Season, with the AC blasting, and does she enjoy it? Or…during the Hot Season, does she just say…get away from me!!! Or, does she prefer to sleep apart from you, altogether, in her own bed? I have a lot of experience sleeping with Asian women. And, … According to my experience, Asian women always complain about it being too cold. Have you experienced this same thing…. Time after time? How do you handle this? Best regards, Gamma Note: These days, living by myself, I keep the house temperature where I like it, at about 16 or 17 degrees C. And, I sleep better, as a result. I also think you might live longer if you sleep in a room which is cooled to an optimal temperature of below 18. -

Trump Starts Global Tariff Wall, Thailand Hit with 36% Tax
What else could anyone expect from a racist and deluded old man? Economic modelling shows that the country most impacted by Trump's craziness is ... the United States. It would be kind of funny if it weren't for the very real human cost. -

This is not a computer hardware lesson, those tariffs will affect the HD market. People have been giving examples of teak wood figurines and maglites as things made in Thailand. Those are irrelevant, HDs are relevant. -

New house - a few questions for the electrical system
( I know nothing about PEA norms & standards ) in Euroland each outlet tends to be wired directly back to 'its own' breaker however in UK land outlets tend to be wired so that a group of outlets is on a single circuit ( "a ring" ). OP, if I were in your shoes I woulld hunt around for an experienced design engineer and see if you could persuade him to design ( with scope for changes & expansion ) a distribution system layout. FWIW I wouldn't be expecting this same guy to implement the design....I would expect him to be sufficiently involved that he could sign off that what was implemented was what he designed. With all the electricial stuff that is around these days ( solar panels, batteries, electric gates, water pumps etc etc ) the design is not necessarily trivial -

What? Do you think that you are the ONLY one who recalls the good old days? Now, let's talk about floppies, why not? But that is a whole different story, even before HDDs were available. Let's hear more.
