Unable connect to Internet with Samsung Smart TV UA46ES6600

Featured Replies

I have been using a Samsung TV Model UA46ES6600 TV for about 6 months watching movies on You Tube however tonight I was unable to connect to the internet . The Tv is connected ok to the wireless router but there does not seem to be a link from the router to the internet .

Now my Lap Top is on the same router and works fine , My PDA is on the same router and works fine , So I so a reset on the TV and its the same the TV connects to the router but not from Router to Internet . Now my ISP is TOT so I was wondering if the problem was with TOT .

As for the router well I did a hard reset on that and its still the same , So I was wondering if maybe any other person maybe having the same problem if not I will have to get the Samsung engineer in , But it looks like the problem is the router but if that was the case why does my Lap top and PDA work so it makes no sense ?

Any body got any ideas ?

Well the problem has been sorted out it would seem that TOT turned off the link to smart Tvs due to lack of bandwidth but at mid night they turned it back on again .
