Village managment documents

As the village i live in has no legal management but only a few people who take care basic things as repair and collecting the village fee i am looking into doing it the correct way with a legal management and committee

Is there any out there who have village papers(Regulations, meeting protocols, memorandums, etc.) in English who can send me a copy. I have several in Thai, but not want to sped a lot on translating.....

why in English?

Our approach is:

We don't go to any meetings.

If that what they are doing is stupid or we think there is too much corruption we don't pay the fee.

I think for 1-2 years we didn't pay anything.

Triggered by them not doing anything to protect against the floods and killing all trees and making a big concrete place instead.

Now they have a security guy which makes sense so we pay half.

.....

works well and gives way more influence to what they do than any meeting....As less payments as less in their own pocket.

But we don't have any one running the village for now. And it has been done by Farangs the latest years.

And for now i am the one sitting on the village bank accounts and paying the bills.

And i want to check what way others are running the village so i at least has some guidelines and don't step outside my limits.. As there are no committee, no meetings, and more or less only me and a few neighbors.

That's why i want the English version of any village management documents.
