Automobile-clubs Or Breakdown-services In Los

Featured Replies

is any of the car owners here a member of such an automobile-club which includes breakdown-service ? how does it work ? is it reliable ? how much the yearly fee ? will one be lost if cannot speak Thai in case of an emergency ?

please share ur experiences, would be very much appreciated....

All of the dealers in my city have an emerg. roadside service. Don't know of the costs per year or if it's part of the warranty on new cars. I used the service for a one-way trip about 500 kms. and cost was 5,000 baht.

thanks for ur reply, but the problem is, my car - though the engine is still surprising strong and reliable, and made it to Nongkhai once and Mae Sai even twice - is rather "ancient" than new :o . and I did buy it from a private person..... so I dont have contacts to a dealer.....
