I know a friend of mine was having trouble getting a good western style barbecue in Thailand and in the end he got one custom made somewhere but that was a few years back so hopefully things ha improved somewhat since then.

HomePro has them all the way from a small single burner model to a big stainless steel topped model with a side burner.

Western Style is brick built?...Thats what I did, a few breezeblocks and grill, only cost a few hundred baht and a morning for me to do....Still perfect after 5 years and you can make to whatever size you want.

We are actually looking for something like those sold in homepro but the ones sold in homepro have really bad grills. Plus we looking for something with a nice bottom skirt so that we can mount/level it on the patio.
