February 26, 201412 yr Well, its completely legal what they did because the courts said so. I agree but apparently to some it is only legal if Suthep takes over a government office. Let's not forget that Suthep and his Government said protestors have no right to take over government offices or block/disrupt the streets.
February 26, 201412 yr the judges have strings attached to their mouth and limbs as theyre puppets for the highest bidders ,impartial is not in their lexicon ,they is working for da man
February 26, 201412 yr Popular Post If you recall along with the amended amnesty bill there was a bill to make the senate fully elected, incl relatives etc. The reason: The senate appoints the independent agencies like NACC. With a rubberstamp senate you'd control NACC etc, so you'd get a DSI-like wolfpack of agencies to hound the PTP opponents. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
February 26, 201412 yr This is genuinely perplexing? When did the police ever force ably disperse a red shirt protest - please, someone, anyone got a link? And now they complain 'double standards' when the police are ordered to show the same method of protest handling (non violent dispersal) as they have with the redshirts in the past, with the PDRC.now Seems to me to be all equal - why complain, unless an uneven playing field is what the reds seek? Perplexing? Red shirts don't want an even playing field, they want it all to themselves. Actually Suthep said, his way or no way. Suthep wants the country and he is fighting with Thaksin who also wants the country. Two of the biggest morons and dangerous people on the planet fighting for total control
February 26, 201412 yr the judges have strings attached to their mouth and limbs as theyre puppets for the highest bidders ,impartial is not in their lexicon ,they is working for da man Interesting. Who do we know who has a lot of money and could be 'da man'?
February 26, 201412 yr Don't see how this is testing the NACC's neutrality. If anything it is testing the police and Chalerm by seeing if they will be treated any differently from the other protesters. Of course they are being treated differently for by setting a fire they are acting differently, but being on the side of the Govt they will always be treated more leniently than anyone else. Great to see more examples of how red democracy will work by kicking out any judges that gives a verdict against them and replacing them with ones who will rule in their favor.
February 26, 201412 yr I am laughing my bum off here at the judges, because they apparently didn't think their decisions through before approving them. They thought that they could block the government by preventing them from removing protesters from the streets and now they're blocked themselves because they can't get the police or army to remove the protesters from their own front door due to their very own decision.
February 26, 201412 yr Its a smart move, expose these pathetic old yellow judges for the bias fools that they are. When the government implements reforms, cleaning up this elite serving trash should be first on the list. You must really be disappointed! the Red thugs were allowed to protest. Even allowed to burn the street without interference. You would have preferred they were chased away or arrested, Then your little rant might have had some truth to it. Instead yours is a nothing comment. There is no Bias for you to rant about.

Or maybe they did think them through and aren't as biased as you'd like to think. Truly independent bodies make decisions regardless of the consequences to themselves. I'm not saying they definitely aren't biased but your comment isn't necessarily true either. If I see less posts from you I'll assume you've actually laughed your bum off.
February 26, 201412 yr Does this mean falangs dont have to appear in court if charged with a crime in thailand? If you are ever charged with murder, you may use the excuse that you are currently busy with something, just like Suthep does. If you're ever charged with anything, you can just run off to Chiang Mai and just ignore the charges completely, just like Poo does.

You're laughing while the country slips into lawlessness. Irrespective of what "team" you support this is a pretty serious situation I would have thought. I live in Thailand and have many Thai and westerner friends in Bangkok. I wish them all well. Before you "laugh your bum off", think of how many others may die and hopefully that will make your bum re-attach itself in somber thought of the people in Thailand trying to realign themselves. Your first 2 posts tonight were great. I clicked like. Please think before you post as it is very troubling times in Thailand. Your precipitous comment of "laughing my bum off" is not a mature way to approach this difficult time. I wish you well.
February 26, 201412 yr Well, its completely legal what they did because the courts said so.They are quite entitled to protest peacefully, no one is disagreeing with that. However, based on democracy, which means having a rule of law, can you provide us reasons as to why Yingluck not attending a hearing is democratic? I may be missing something, but I look forward to hearing the democratic principles that PTP adhere to and promote. In the same vein, please remind me exactly when Suthep turned up to the criminal court to hear the charges against him? Sent from my GT-N7000 using Thaivisa Connect Thailand mobile app
February 26, 201412 yr Is the NACC actually a court or is it as the name suggests a commission to investigate corruption ? I get the impression that they are not actually a court and that their members are not judges rather investigators. Once they have come to a conclusion they can summons a person (in this case Yingluck) they deem to be corrupt to give evidence on their own behalf. They then consider that evidence then pass the case on to a court or in this case (I think) the senate.
February 26, 201412 yr The fire brigade might want to use water cannons to put out those fires. Lets hope the fireman wielding the cannon has problems aiming straight.

No of course not. Shins see themselves as above all this legal, judicial and parliamentary accountability crap.

When have the Police gone within 500 metres of Suthep ?? oh yes, i remember every time he has been walking the streets passed numerous police stations. Actually wasn't he outside the main police HQ just this morning....Did his guards shoot them...NO !

February 26, 201412 yr Well, its completely legal what they did because the courts said so. Yes, so they must terrorists for doing the same thing as the PDRC did, right? actually I think that should be fascist scum, but I am sure manoa and shannont can correct it if needed, they seem to know all the big words needed to describe this sort of thing and of course they are not biased so of course they will call the reds exactly the same names I am sure, over to you two now
