About 8 months ago we discovered some marks on an internal wall which friends say is definitely white ants (pluak).

We called a recommended white ant service, my son paid them 15,000Baht for a one year service which has turned into a nightmare:

- Boss / owner of the treatment company (supposedly the expert) too busy to come to the house, in fact he has never once visited.

- promises of samples taken from the house will be checked and will call back, never fulfilled.

- Promises of monthly visits / treatments now well beyond an unfulfilled joke. Numerous calls and promises of visit tomorrrow, they have never come.

Bottom line, can any CM TV members please suggest a reliable / professional / reasonable priced treatment company.

We use chiang mai pest control at home. We paid for a monthly service for a year.,the initial visit if a deep clean involving drilling concrete ground floors and all drains, sinks, and all the grounds.

And each month we call them and they spend maybe 30 mins spraying whatever we ask them to based on where we have seen ants or termites.

We paid 7000bt, and I think good value for money.

Remember for ants and termites its a controlling service.....eradication is as you know impossible.
