Cheap good apartments in Pattaya

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend a decent clean & cheap apartment, I don't need air-con but a fan, balcony & cable TV. Looking for somewhere around 5000 a month but with no deposit preferably pay by the day/week.

so you want a furnished room with TV and no deposit? and 5000 per month pay by day, i.e. 166 baht per day? wow, I am sure there will be many wishing to risk their property for 166 Baht :)

Should also have ocean view.

Have to pay by the month but NIRIN CONDO's in Central Pattaya have small single rooms in that range. Not a particularly convenient location but has a swimming pool.

Niron is an jungle

Your opinion; but I know a number of people who have stayed there and liked it. Main complaint was always inconvenient location. Hardly a jungle...very mixed Farang-Thai population.

Its ok

But it got reputation

Crime

Drugs

Noise

Etc
