JJDinsay Posted June 5, 2006 Posted June 5, 2006 Hi is the K1 Visa the same for spouse and fiance? The thing is, my wife and I are already married and living in Thailand. We got married here, registered it here as well with the local US embassy. I thought the form was I-130 (petition for Alien Relative) but then I see I-129F keep popping up during my searches. Anyone actually been through this? thanks, Jeb
