3BB no internet

From yesterday night don't have internet. Reseted router couple of times. Called help line. They said last night was power shut down in CM and this is whole area problem.

Can anyone confirm ? Thanks

My 3BB in Mae Hia is operating fine and no power outage last night here. Believe I did hear of some power outages in the main city but not what I would say the 'whole area' of Chiang Mai.

Hag Dong area no problem but no power cuts either.

My part of Nimmen lost power for about an hour yesterday late afternoon. Shops across the street still had power. All is fine now.

Do you have 3BB internet now ?

Tapae area 3bb is fine (or at least mine is), although I had to restart the router this morning.

Watkate 3BB is fine, a bit slow earlier in the afternoon but no outage.

@baywatch82. Have you tried to log in to your router/modem and type the right user name and password?

Sometimes the username and password changes to a default setting when there is a power outage.

It was eally area problem. All condos near Maya. Now fixed.
