As predicted by someone yesterday , not twenty four hours has passed and we have a petition from the good ol PTP, a corruption allegation against Supa, now if that ain't callin the pot black what is , I am sure these people live in a fantasy world ,but wait there is more, what did Supa discover about the PTP rice scam scheme, tut tut. width=19 alt=bah.gif>

You have neglected to mention that the allegation and investigation date back prior to the nomination. If she violated her code of conduct and did not follow the procedure to go through the ombudsman's office or go directly to the NACC at the time, then she did indeed breach her duty.

So your really saying she does not have human rights in terms of freedom of speech.

How do you know whether she did / didn't try other avenues of making her point?

It seems you support a line which says citizens who speak out about massive corruption should be labeled as bad people.

You also seem to be saying the exact opposite, that she should have gone to the NACC.

How so?

She dared to speak out about the corruption and inept management in PTP's rice scam.

A public servant being professional and telling the truth - PTP can't have that.

They'd really like to see her and all her extended family banned for ever, from everything. But, not past that legislation yet.

Unfortunately she does have a conflict of interests and isnt untainted, why do i get the feeling that is exactly the point here in this appointment at this time;)

Why do you think she has been 'tainted"? She hasn't been convicted of anything.

She tried to do the right thing and PTP responded in its usual witch hunt against the messenger. They never defend the actual allegations with facts funnily enough. Just threats, lawsuits, intimidation, then move her to another post.

I hope she sues this PTP minion for defamation seeing as how he no longer enjoys his MP immunity.

But, do tell. Why do you think this professional accountant is tainted?
