Neither of theses are number 3 or 4. The first photo is of a new bridge across the Mekong some 250 km inside Laos on highway 4. Look at the GPS. The other bridge is outside Loie (GPS is given) with a link to an article about a new bus service using this crossing daily. the bus service goes from Loie to Langorabang on Lao highway 4. By this article would make one thank that there is a Thai/Lao full service border crossing. This is the Ban Na Kra Seng Border Check Point. I have ran across further articles calling this the Tha Li Border Checkpoint. These article stat that it is full service on both sides.
