Indian police probe British death after body found

DELHI: -- Police in India are treating the death of a British man whose body was found dumped in a market in Delhi as a possible murder.

Andrew Raymond Rodick, aged 40, had been travelling around the country on a tourist visa, police said.

His badly decomposed body was found wrapped in a plastic bag and bore injury marks.

A post-mortem examination has been ordered to determine the cause and time of death.

ugly crimes which do not happen in any other country whistling.gif

I'm guessing that due to the fact his body was rapped in a plastic bag, that he did not die of natural causes. RIP

Sorry to hear of anyone's death, especially one that could be called "untimely," but does this thread serve any purpose other than to provide another opportunity for Thai Visa posters to play at armchair detecting? Surely there's plenty of news reports of mayhem in Thailand to keep theTV CSI squad fully occupied with their speculative fantasies.

wrapped in a plastic bag and bore injury marks...Thailand...this is another suicide...

Police claimed to have gathered crucial leads in the murder of 40-year-old Rodick Andrew Raymond, a British tourist. Raymond's body was found in a plastic bag on Sunday morning. Cops have identified the people he was in touch with before his death and the guesthouse he was staying in.

The tout accompanying Raymond through Saturday has been detained. Umesh, who has coloured hair and sports a ponytail, is also a prime suspect. He was tracked down with the help of call records and witnesses' description, sources said.
