How do I dial this phone number?

I'm trying to dial the following phone number for the US Embassy in Bangkok: Call Center Service: 001-800-13-202-2457

I am in the Bangkok area, have a Sim card from DTAC, and can not figure out how to dial that number (I keep getting a number not found message). Thanks for any help,

well i called it and it is not in service it says strange message was in english trying another method

Call this number 02-205-4000. It is a 24 hour emergency contact number.

02-205-4000 is the Embassy switchboard as well if that helps.

The number the OP originally gave is a US toll-free number. They sometimes work using Skype, if needed.
