Can you imagine how it would look if Obama would change the heads of the police to suit his needs ? Can you imagine someone like Charlem as a politician in the USA with what he done for his son or what he is still doing. Can you imagine a senator in the USA voting for other senators and then under oath lying about it ? Can you imagine that secretly an amnesty for a high profile convicted criminal was added ? Its crazy to compare a mature western Democracy with what we have here in Thailand. Until the constitution will curtail power abuse and corruption Thailand will never progress. The U.S. doesn't abide by the constitution. Thaksin told Niwattumrong Boonsongpaisan that the constitution trumps martial law and therefore didn't have to step down. So when Thaksin rejected Prayuth's proposal for the caretaker PM to step down he had to do what he had to do. Som num na Khun Thaksin, you lost! According to MIchael Yon, he posted on Facebook there is information that Thaksin's sister and brother-in-law have fled the country. How does disclosing wealth help anything ? ( e.g. Most people are aware of Thaksin's wealth and that is admired in many quarters) The problem is when that wealth and the influence it buys are misused.
