British Council invites kids to showcase their English

BANGKOK: -- Primary and secondary students have been invited to take part in the "British Council English Competition 2014" for the chance to win the HRH Princess Sirindhorn Cup.

The competition improves partici-pants' English skills through fun and |creative activities while offering |scholarships totalling more than 50,000 baht.

Participants also earn a certificate |and a free study course at the British Council.

Until August 1, interested parties |can download the application form |and submit it to the council along |with an introductory video under the heading "What is your favourite song and why?"

The video length should not exceed one minute.
