Gas stations upcountry are still closing at 22:00. Couldn't tell you specifically about the Chonburi motorway though.

I've never seen one opened past 10 pm in Chonburi or on the motorway. Just asked my wife who said the same.

I once had to buy the whisky and Coke bottles filled with benzene in order to make it home. You can find them at most corner stores if you're really stuck.

I know we talked it to death when the law was implemented but it's still hard to see what the benefit is from the station closings at 22:00. I really doubt any petrol is saved. At best, one could argue that some electricity is saved by not having the big signs lit up but that's probably negligible at best. The same effect could be achieved by allowing the stations to remain open and have them dim their signs.
