Nan has a lot of twisties, many with a blind apex, some with a decreasing turn radius, some with inclines halfway through the turn so the area is very technical. What I'm saying is it's not really suitable for a Croc-wearing Forza rider with an attitude problem. Also the area is very popular with riders of big bikes so you'll feel very uncomfortable, especially when they pass you on turns. Stick to Phuket!

I love that ferry ride, last year when I was there while waiting for the big ferry a lady came over to me and asked you want to go now, I say on what and she shows me a couple of small wooden boat tied together with boards laid across both boats. I asked her whats the power she points out one of the long tails, then I got a better look at the water in the bottoms and declined I'll wait for the big ferry I say.
