One of my Hua Hin neighbors needs to register/renew his license plate registration for his CAR very soon. He lives in Hua Hin. Is there an office there, in Pranburi, or west of Pranburi toward the border? Thanks.

It's in Pranburi, in town, just off right hand side of the highway (heading south - you have to make a u-turn, then a left, sorry i dont know the name of the street/soi). Vehicle registration and drivers licenses. Try not to get the tall, uh, effeminate guy. He does NOT like farang. Well, maybe he doesnt like anyone. Everyone else in the office are very nice, though. And prepare to wait.
