I’m looking to rent a VIP room in a music club, (maybe a club down RCA?) for my thai staff and my sisters (who are visiting next week!)

Does anyone know if any music clubs have such a thing in Bangkok?

That is a serious point. I read on another thread that your sisters are only 17. When visiting any of the Thai nightclubs in Bangkok, they will ask everybody for ID. I've been turned back a couple of times for not having ID even though it's blatently obvious that I am over 20 years old.

Never seen farang carded - seems only thai. However if a place was raided could mean big trouble for your sister.

Why go back to the UK? There are far better places to go. If they were advised, they would have been aware of the UK non-resident tax rules. Any other country, or multiple countries, rather than the UK would have been better. If they kept a "home" in the UK then they likely weren't fully tax exempt anyway. It will be interesting to see the long term future of Dubai under the situation. The rulers must be accutely aware of this.
