Does any one have experience of the MP1 questionnaire that the Irish Consulate use? What type of questions is on the form?

With the use of Google I have found many references to Form MP1 on various Irish embassy and consul websites, but nothing to say what it actually asks.

I can't imagine that it is that difficult, though. So simply turn up and answer the questions truthfully. Or if you do want sight of it first, ask the Irish consul in Bangkok to send you one.
