Hi. Looking for a house to rent in Hua Hin for a friend of mine who lives here long term. A nice size with 3 or 4 bedrooms and a large garden or outside area. Pool not wanted. Needs to be within 15 minutes of the town center. A garage or car port would be great.

His budget is 25-40,000 per month.

I would drive up between Phetkasem Soi 102 to 112 - there's plenty of houses in that part of town in this price range. Anything a few miles outside the city center away from the beach really.

The downside is that you need to drive to get pretty much anywhere, even the 7/11.

In fact it would be a good idea to drive around a few miles inland anywhere along Hua Hin but I know for sure there's loads of houses in the above areas. I'm not sure how big they are though. From what I've heard they're much bigger than the houses in the downtown area.
