does anyone know if there is a place that will buy cars for scrap in chiang mai???

There is an auto wrecking yard on the right, just past the CP pig processing plant on the Mae Rim -Saluang road. I do not know if they stock Land Rover parts. There are a couple of scrap metal yards on the road to Ban Thi, just off the Chiang Mai - Lamphun highway. I do not know if they buy vehicles. There are a bunch of old Land Rovers parked on the north superhighway road near Lanna Hospital. You might inquire there if they want to buy another for parts, or if they can lead you in the right direction.
