Please suggest computer shop in CM to clean out my bugs

I have anti-virus and anti-malware programs but I seem to have picked up something which is playing hell with my notebook and impervious to the virus and malware programs.

Can any CM member please suggest a shop (preferably in Pantip, but any location if need be) that can do a more professional scan and clean out

the problem.

Thanks.

Hi Scorecard, Before you take your computer to IT shop, where they

might take the easy fix it way and just wipe you HDD clean and install

a copy of Windows.

Try Hitman Pro, it has a two week trial period where it will scan and

remove nasties with 2 AV engines,Kaspersky and Bitfender, after the

trial is over its a good secondary scanner, its free and works very well

so you have nothing to loose, what AV ,Antimalware do you have

installed now,?

<script type='text/javascript'>window.mod_pagespeed_start = Number(new Date());</script>

I use Kaspersky Iinternet Security Plus Malware

This normally cleans 99%

What Programs are you using ??

Thanks for both replies, I'm currently using:

- ESET NOD 32, and Adaware

- Malwarebytes Anti-malware (Premium)

Any comments on these products much appreciates, thanks again.

I would try Chi Chang for somewhere very professional (after trying the advice above) .

You will find them halfway down Chiang mai Land on the right as you go from Chang Klan to Mahidol. Big place, cant miss it

I use the paid for Malawarebytes Pemium and I wouldn't be without it.

I also use the free AVG anti virus

It's a couple of years now and I've never had a problem, though a few dodgy sites have been visited. Malaware immediately recognises them and a regular scan picks up all PUP.

Sometimes I think people have too much/many malware - adware - anti virus programs and often they just conflict with each other. IMO find something you like after cleaning up and keep it simple.

Thanks. In fact I've just learned that the Malwarebytes Premium which I installed conflicts / fights with the original anti-virus that came with the machine - ESET NOD 32.
