Never looked for bike gear there but just googled it and found a couple of options you may want to check out:

On the hill between Karon and Patong just north of Le Meridian resort, mountain side of road. Look for the Harley-esque type building on the mountain side of the road with the bid wooden Indian statue out front.

 

Half way along the bypass road north of the original Tesco Lotus, west side of road, Harley-esque looking building.

 

In Phuket town on Yaowarat Rd. (Road that Wichara and Tourist Polcie station is on) just north of the Meu Luan junction, east side of road is a small shop house. Look for mannequins with riding gear out front.

 

The big bike Honda, Kawasaki, and KTM dealers also have.
