August 21, 201411 yr I was just wondering. I am a U.S. Citizen on a retirement visa. I am using Bangkok as my base whilst I travel around SE Asia. I have typically "overpacked" and was wondering if there is a place that I can deposit some of my larger luggage items while on the road. Does such a thing exist in Bangkok? I am now living at Sukhamvit Soi 11 so would prefer a local spot. If not, anything will do.
August 21, 201411 yr I would bet if you take your bag to the bell desk at the grand president on soi 11 and offer a nice tip the bellboys will store your bag for you no problem.....
August 21, 201411 yr I'm in Pattaya so can't give you a specific place in BKK, but around here there are dozens of places offering small storage facilities and safety deposit boxes for monthly rental - to cover just your situation. I'm sure there are plenty in BKK as well. EDIT: Just google STORAGE BANGKOK - plenty of listings.
August 22, 201411 yr If you are staying in a hotel or serviced apartment, they usually have a "Left Luggage" room and normally will keep bags free for returning guests.
