Does anyone know if electic golf carts are street legal in Thailand?

If so does anyone know where to buy one and the rough cost.

I live up country in the sticks and an electric golf cart would be a nice cheap way of getting to the local village etc and envoirentmentally sound as well.

I too have had the same idea of something to drive around my village. I wouldn't worry too much about being legal as more than half of the motor bikes in my village have no plates or lights.

I have seen companies down near patteya selling used carts I have ment to enquire as to price. I will let you know.

This company sells them so call and get the scoop.
